Adult Learning (Age 19+)

Our adult learning options include a variety of short or part time courses and qualifications.

This is often a great solution for people who want to improve their skills while working, who want a specific qualification that will help them find a job or who want to study around other commitments or in their spare time. Our flexible options work well for students managing multiple commitments.

At DN Colleges Group, we offer a range of adult education courses across GCSEs, A-levels, further education, vocational qualifications, higher education and industry-related short courses.  We welcome students of all ages and backgrounds and offer a supportive, inclusive environment for those returning to education.

We also work with local employers to provide short courses and qualifications to upskill staff, including workplace training.

Whether the goal is career development, the desire to learn a new skill or to turn a hobby into a job, our adult education students develop the knowledge, skills and qualifications they need to meet and exceed their aspirations.

Depending on specific circumstances, funding may be available for many of our courses and qualifications.  Please contact us to find out more.

International Work Placements

Students have the opportunity to apply for overseas work placements through Erasmus+.  These all-expenses paid visits enrich the study experience for our students, allowing them to explore the opportunities of living and working abroad.

The best thing about Doncaster College is that the teachers believe in you. The school experience was so negative, so coming to college I really wanted to do something I enjoyed.
