Andrew is a graduate of Loughborough University and a Chartered Management Accountant. His career has included roles in diverse industries, including aerospace, wines and spirits, clothing and electricity generation. For the last 20 years he has held senior finance roles with the Government organisation responsible for decommissioning the UK’s nuclear power stations.
Alongside his full-time employment, he has volunteered in the education sector as a school governor and as a governor of Lakes College West Cumbria for over 10 years. On returning to South Yorkshire after 15 years in the Lake District, he was keen to resume involvement in the education sector through a role with DNCG.
